    Shipping time

  • Average shipping time is 7-10 business days. After receiving the order, it is usually shipped within 3 working days. The average transportation time depends on the logistics situation. (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale or customized products is subject to the arrival time)

  • In order to ensure the fastest delivery time, we will gradually cooperate with multiple carriers, including UPS, DHL and FedEx.

  • Make sure you have the correct name, address and contact information on your order so the item can be delivered successfully.
  • Scope of delivery

  • Global Shipping (Except for military or disputed areas, no delivery.)
    Please check the packaging upon delivery. Do not sign for or open the package if it is damaged or deformed. In this case, please contact the KNOKOO support team at caitlin.fan@knokoo.com.

  • 1. I ordered more than one item. Will they be shipped at the same time?

  • We do our best to ensure that all of your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together as different shipping options are available. Once the item ships, you will receive a shipping notification email.

  • 2. Can I change the delivery address after the package is shipped?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to change shipments once the product is in transit. If you would like to change your shipping address before shipping, please contact the KNOKOO support team at caitlin.fan@knokoo.com.

  • Note: If the customer provides an incorrect address and the package is lost or cannot be retrieved, the customer will be responsible for the loss. KNOKOO will not replace orders or provide refunds.
